Shannon Harmon
Dr. Shannon Harmon is the Instructional Support Specialist at Mississippi State University's Center for Innovation and Teaching Excellence. A former tenured Associate Professor of Elementary Education at Middle Tennessee State University, she brings over a decade of higher education experience and a research focus on field-based teacher preparation, curriculum integration, and competency-based education. An MSU alum and Ole Miss doctoral graduate, Dr. Harmon now supports MSU faculty in developing evidence-based, learner-centered teaching practices — and brings that same commitment to every conversation on InCITEful Teaching.
